They’re less focused on creating good software decisions and more focused on making sure direct labor charge codes are used. They are experiencing a huge attrition issue and losing a lot of talent. This makes current software engineers feel unsupported in their tasking. The promotion system is broken. Most software engineers have to go get offers from competing companies in order to force L3H to promote them. The technology stacks are a bit dated with an overall sense of negativity towards change. L3H social media will post positive and inclusive messages but will let people make hateful and toxic comments without shutting those comments down. Gives the overall sense that inclusivity and diversity is just for show.
