      Looks great on a resume

      Really top heavy org but really disorganized. A lot of "leaders" that do a lot of talking without much actual leadership. Will grow massively over the coming years, but doesn't seem set up to handle that growth effectively.

      Best job I’ve ever had. Great, chill manager who focuses on goals and taking care of staff from a personal and professional standpoint.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings, but to be expected when planning an event of this type.
