Management can do a better job.

Great people at branch and corporate employee level. Average pay compared to other credit unions.

No training department or formal training program for new employees. Online and intranet resources are rudimentary and scattered at best. Manager will have to provide hands on training or schedule training by other department heads when convenient for all. Their success and failure will all rest on your shoulders.
