- new management since +/- 2 years with clear vision that is open to their people and listening to their consultants (participative mgt) - Family spirit - Has diversfied its customer portfolio - emphasis on training - good mix of junior - medior - senior - good mix of work - life balance - good mix of internal / freelancer - knowledge sharing
Cons
- still developing due to implementation of the strategy which entails some workload, rearrangements - as with every consulting companies - > distance to customers/ knowing their buddies takes a bit more time
