Cons
One of the biggest challenges I faced at LADbible was the frequent requests with tight turnarounds, often with little to no clear briefs from agencies. This created a fair amount of ambiguity and made it difficult to fully understand the expectations, especially when trying to deliver quality work under time pressure.
