Dynamic, meritocracy policy, good work environment, fast growth for young employees who work hard. The largest and most recognized Airline in Latin America.
Cons
It is a difficult industry to work on. Target bonuses are hard to reach as the results are generally not good (too many variables affect the incomes and costs).
