Even at an entry level position, if you are not good at the role in as little as 2 weeks. You are not meeting expections. Most companies offer a 6 month to a year ramp up period. Not LCG. You have to hit the ground running. The practice of analyzing asset based lending is not about thinking through it as a system. So, if you are a deep logical thinker who enjoys system type thinking. ABL is jot for you. This field is for people who like excel and have file cabinet brains, and just enjoy the process of putting things in the right spot. It’s hard to explain. It’s a great place to work for those who are built for it.
