Thank you for your honest feedback. LCG typically ramps up summer temp staff to augment our full time staff during Grant Review season. Because of the cyclical nature of this work there will be peaks and valleys in terms of work demands. However, we always aim to ensure that all of our bright summer temp staff have a positive work experience in a friendly environment and leave LCG with a few more tools in their tool box.
