Cons

They will terminate employees without any mercy. Mallu’s are given first preference. In the name of career growth they spoil it. Students from KJC do not join . Anyone can take any roles in company like from 1. office assistant to finance manager. 2. Executive assistant to marketing manager 3. Respectionist to HR manager This company anything is possible. Very poor culture

Pros

Great colleagues and autonomous work, supported by strong Field Engineers.

Cons

Being a small software company, there are wrinkles that pose challenges. Outside of actually selling, there are several things we need to do that were traditionally done by other people/departments in other Organizations.

Pros

Technically deep. The management considers the long view with regard to employee and company growth. Personal relationships with senior management are genuine but practical. Work is fast paced and is best suited to talented people eager to learn who are capable of managing themselves for the most part. Customer base, partners, technologies, and people that one ends up associating with are typically from a solid pedigree. Management is quite flexible. For the most part people possess a good sense of humor and enjoy their work.

Cons

The technology is challenging and the technical work is always moving fast as standards and adjacent technologies change. Poor time management skills will probably result in some frustration. Especially for field people most of the admin (expenses, travel arrangements, shipping) have to be managed your self (which can be good or bad). Not for someone looking to cruise. You need to do your home work take initiative and ownership. Otherwise it becomes an uphill battle. Has their unique culture and you have to be willing to leave behind some prior company habits.
