      -Flex hours, which is no longer uncommon

      Cons

      - Company's vision of itself vs. reality are very different - The bullies get promoted - Bonuses are inconsistent and based on a bunny being pulled out of a hat - No career planning or training at all despite a "Career planning academy" - Awful communication between different departments

      Most company culture is still in Toronto, career progression is currently a bit limited outside of Toronto. Still growing.
