Most of the people that work at the site are very nice, made great friends.
Altgough its the same work culture as a Bangkok sweat shop but more toilets.
Cons
You get paid whatever they feel like paying you that month.
Pensions and holiday pay is completely random.
No one at the top is bothered about it. It's ran like a communist government where by a select few are getting rich and everyone else has to just go along with it. It's only a matter of time before there house of cards comes crashing down
