Pros
Good benefits, lots of holidays. Most property managers are great and all are willing to work closely to help each other. Great training program.
Cons
Upper management is untouchable. As a property manager, you have little power and aren't allowed to communicate with owners in most cases. If one of your superiors messes up or ignores requests, even with evidence you will get blamed and punished/demoted while nothing happens to those who actually made the mistakes. Most properties LEDIC takes on now are in poor repair, bad financial situations, and in dangerous neighborhoods. Owners they take on are shady and will pull contracts suddenly. If you didn't get paid everything owed while working at that property, the company will not reimburse you and instead insist that the owner owes you, not LEDIC.
