      Pros

      Great product line and some great employees on the team. International.

      Cons

      Unbelievably low salaries, no commissions or bonuses. Nepotism in the upper management has created a culture of incompetence and back stabbing that gets exhausting for someone who actually wants to do a good job.

      - cool products - very interesting marketing - retail challenges, you learn a lot - Good team

      Cons

      - The US team is small,most of the employees are in Europe and China, so time differences are what I did not like
