Cons
There are to many cons in this company. I was giving a 4 month contract and was told in my interview if I worked hard we will keep you on. Little did I know they couldn't of cared less about how I was doing, I was never giving proper training then was expected to preform without any proper training, then I was told that I smelt by a supervisor. I also asked the production manager was there anything going after my contract finished and she said no there's nothing then brushed my off by saying "we can talk about this later" later finding out that manager had no intention of talking anymore to me about this. I later found out that they offered everyone else I started with a further 3 month extension. To many of senior management not pulling there weight or doing what they should be doing eg, one day a maintence guy was in the fill room and didn't bother to ring out so he banged repeatly on the glass panel so hard everybody jumped in the packaging area with a supervisor of long sature within Leo just walked away and did nothing to confront that type of behaviour. This seems to be the Leo way.
