Worst experience in the very start of my marketing and sales career - Business Development Executive LESSO Group Employee Review

1- Dictator Boss 2- Nepotism and Favoritism 3- Undeserving candidates get better rewards for others work at times when they are boss' favourite 4- Mismanagement and lack of coordination between the hierarchy 5- No Scope for learning anthing about sales or any other department for that matter. 6- Did i mention 'Dictator Boss'? Fires anyone anytime for apparently no reason at all. 7- Company expected to switch cities overnight for work without prior intitmation
