Pros

Coworkers are really nice and great people.

Cons

No bonuses, they don't care about employees happiness, benefits are bare minimum. If they don't thing egos are being stroked enough the take away anything they can from employees... The office is dark and depressing which now no longer has any art work which made it somewhat bearable... Work machines take 5-15min to load and refresh anything (excel, Google... Anything you need).. anything to make a dime for corporate overlords and nothing to benefit employees anymore. On top of all of that there's little to no room for career growth and they're so being on tech standards you can't start here to grow skills cuz you'll be missing anything modern company's need you to know.

Pros

Good Benefits. Every other Friday off.

Cons

All positions are paid below average of going rate especially in this city. Embarrassingly low pay raises (if any). All departments are micro managed. Employees are expected to be grateful for 1% raises and NO BONUSES no matter how good of a job you do. No snacks, coffee that runs out before the end of the month (you even have to bring your own milk), and no place to even eat your lunch. Very strict on arrival and departure time. Hasn't adapted to 2014 work/life balance like other companies have. Very old school way of thinking.
