Good team constant training for updated products OK pay

Cons

Management had unreal expectations about workload had to hilt like 20 KPI's to get to 1st of bonus tiers , miss 1 and you are out of the bonus structure. customer service team, QA team, tech team, management team all in different countries so communication was rough and it was a constant competition and blame shifting instead of support

100% paid health/dental/vision for the family Coworkers - need I say more?

Cons

It used to be great, but even the little things: actual holiday parties, family fun day, weekly food vendors etc are all gone. Also interesting how during covid working from home the productivity was the same if not better than when in office but one specific department everyone is required to be in the office, no exceptions.
