      Pros

      - Fellow employees are amazing people - Free breakfast every Wednesday - Decent amount of PTO starting out (15 days)

      Cons

      - Management will pass over qualified individuals for personal reasons - Complete lack of transparency in corporate policies - Site management plays favorites amongst the management team leading to infighting and incorrect decisions being made - Removal of onsite IT has led to many issues with both equipment and onboarding.
