No recognition, bad management - Scientist LGC Employee Review

Disrespectful behavior, neither his manager nor HR suggested me to file a formal complaint; actually the manager suggested to let it pass. Low recognition, bad global and local management. Managers care about their paycheck and not the people or company. LGC doesn't encourage employees to speak up. It won't surprise anyone if they close this site. People keep leaving.
