Pros
You get paid a monthly wage and that’s about it.
Cons
Overall There’s a lot of office politics. Some people that work here are not nice at all and will actively back bite and stab others in the back. As a result of this, several former employees have felt forced out and left. The site management team have not sorted this issue out (even when this has been brought up) and it clearly affects team morale and will continue to do so until it’s fixed. It’s a shame that this is the case. Career progression You have annual objectives but without having regular 1-1 meetings it makes tracking progress hard and you feel undervalued. No new training is in place to develop skills and knowledge. Training New starter training is very unorganised which makes it difficult to understand processes. Company Company lacks good leadership which is crucial in this industry to remain competitive. Too many changes happen within the company and it’s unclear where the company is heading.
