Pros
warm and friendly people, simple and open. BI department is famous for its friendship between colleages and mutual help. Competitive salaries, good working conditions, good benefits.
Cons
Unclear leadership. IT directors are not very contemporary, not innovative and not for the lack of trying. It is just that new technology and new metodolgies are applied blindly without good understanding and knowledge. Most high managers are there not for their abilities but thanks to the protectorate. So mainly managment is overly cautious and do everything to stay in their chairs.
