Great Program Managers! They provide a learning environment and create a partnership with the coaches.
Cons
Unfair pay, considering everyone else is paid a livable wage except their part-time coaches. Coaches earn about 27k a year while the next position above them earns about 52k a year. Their mission is to break the cycle of poverty yet they are not fulfilling that within their organization.
