Pros

They will pay you per diem to travel, but do not come in expecting to be provided the opportunity if you did not get signed on as a traveler. Also, I hear working for them in other states is a lot better.

Cons

Leadership at this company has displayed favoritism, racial bias and lack of integrity, transparency. Do not except a contracting role, do not go beyond your normal duty. You will not be rewarded. Do not accept any promotional responsibility without promotional pay. If you do want to work with this company you will have to know you are joining up with a wild bunch whose only care about their own bonuses and covering themselves.

Pros

Pay was consistent. Gained experience on hyperscale data center projects. Some coworkers were solid and hardworking.

Cons

Extremely poor leadership culture. Management openly used slurs in meetings, normalizing unprofessional behavior. Mandatory 7-day, 12-hour shifts were enforced for extended periods (up to three weeks with no days off), with little regard for employee health or burnout. Employees were discouraged or written up for basic needs such as drinking water or using the restroom outside rigid break windows. Favoritism was rampant. There was no meaningful individual performance tracking, which allowed poor performers to coast while high-performing employees absorbed the workload. Loud and aggressive personalities were promoted while experienced, high-performing techs were sidelined or undermined. Write-ups were padded with inaccurate information, even when evidence contradicted them. Turnover was high and morale consistently low.
