Ineffective/ no management. Translate that as they just don’t care. No care/ no communication, no facilities for staff. Presenteeism rules. Utterly misogynist. Arrogant egomaniacs. Oppressive atmosphere. Any criticism - even if intended to be constructive is dismissed, not listened to. Dinosaurs. Fees are the absolute priority. Previous reviews refer to bullying, don’t ignore this - it does exist and is not dealt with, resulting in it becoming the norm which must be a contributing factor in the culture overall. Anyway people who’ve trained there think it’s normal - it’s so not.
