LKQ employee from past 3.9 years. LKQI is one of the best corporate organization I have known. It has a very friendly atmosphere which gives a positive feeling to work and apart from the friendly nature is the transparency between different hierarchies which is usually not seen in other organization. LKQ also provides various opportunity within the company, the lateral movement is an added benefit for the employee which helps him/her to learn and explore and find new ideas for the betterment of oneself and the company. The work life balance is really commendable it’s easy to balance both personal and professional life without any major hurdle. LKQI also provides different platforms to showcase one’s talent.
