Not a company you should associate your self with. No loyalty! - Anonymous employee LKQ Employee Review

Hard working employees are not given a fair wage even after the company demands they take on more responsibilties. There is no loyalty to employees they are afraid to speak up in fear of losing their jobs. Never recieved an evaluation even after employee requested one, then when company is not making budget they let them go even after being told they are doing a great job no issues at the day of firing. No communication from the managemnet to the working employees. This has got to be one of the worst management teams I have ever dealt with. The favortism runs rampet in this company.
