      Pros

      I did like having a flexible schedule. If I needed to leave early or take an extended break to take care of things I could make up the time without using any PTO. That's really about it.

      Cons

      Even before I lost my job due to the pandemic I was looking for other jobs. I was passed over in many other roles I had applied for and was getting tired of it. I left a job where the people begged me to stay for this. In hindsight I would've stayed at the job I was at before. My raises were pretty poor as well.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
