Horrid it's a total and complete Bait and Switch - Entry Level Marketing LKW Concepts Employee Review

I've been working at LKW Concepts for a little over a year now and it's honestly the most fun I've ever had at a job. Coming out of college, it was hard for me to find a company that would hire me without any experience. LKW starts every employee out at entry level and the management training program they provide is awesome. My advancement is based on my hard work, I like being in control of my future growth. The environment is fast paced, energetic, and team oriented. I've got to do a lot of fun things since I have been here, like going on business trips to New York and going to major special events. It's a great company for anyone looking for a great opportunity.

There is nothing bad I have to say about LKW.

Ive read the bottom two comments before I went in for the interview and I must say it shocked me to read that! I recently interviewed there and after reading those comment I was a little hesitant to come in for an interview but Im SOOOOO happy I didn't listen to the other reviews. It was an awesome interview and it really opened my eyes up to the real world. I accepted the position and now im schedule to start in a couple of days. The opportunity is what really caught my eye. I dont want to be stuck under someone that barely knows his/her job and breathing down my neck! These guys are highly trained and I saw their training in action. I must admit, I was surprised! But I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to any and everybody seeking a CAREER and not something to fill in the hours.

If I had to pick one, it would be that most people will not make it here if they're not willing to learn!
