Disclaimer: I was an "off-site" employee, so my review is limited solely to that experience.

Former CEO's big idea was to come in and "reorganize" (lay off) a significant portion of the workforce. Spending went down and profits went up, so he took his golden parachute and bounced. I met many talented, decades-long employees who left due to the resulting fallout from this reorg.
Today, managers are over-allocated and can't address employee issues. My own manager had 100+ direct reports.
What this means is, if you have a problem with teammates, project manager, or client, pack your bags because that is a first-class seat on the SOL ferry. I was the victim of a lot of abuse here, and witnessed seriously shady practices, just so the project could keep making money.
Morals, values, and ethics here are second to making money. Individual growth, mental health and well-being, project fit, customer relationships, etc. All are jeopardized for money. Seriously, tread with caution.
Also, the pay really isn't competitive.
