Pros
Great vacation time, great employees in manufacturing, R&D, and shipping...mostly good people in the offices. Great hours, off weekends(mostly). Employees like to throw parties for bdays, anniversaries etc.
Cons
Upper management are the most incompetent and ignorant unprofessionals, especially in this company. Extremely juvenile work atmosphere...if you do not get along with most upper management because you’re not cool, they treat you like garbage. For those out there with strong work ethic, They expect you to take on more duties and responsibilities for months or longer BEFORE you can receive the raise for said jobs on top of what you already do. And then you still don’t get what they promised. Lots of “passing the buck” on hard, quiet workers and if you even try to help the company change for the good you get reprimanded...you’re only allowed to do it their way, even if they have no idea what they are doing. Just keep your head down and be a robot because thinking outside the box is not allowed, you’re paid to say “yes sir”, and then jump off the bridge. Also upper management is very top-heavy when it comes to pay scales. They make way to much money for what they actually do, which is pointless, non-stop meetings while your working at the pace of 3 people and they still aren’t satisfied.
