Pros

- Some really talented people in technical positions - Modern technology stack - Still has a great employee-led culture, even if it's dying and frowned upon by the management - Nice office space with showers, fully equipped kitchen, videogames, table tennis and private parking - Good perks in management positions (such as executive level vehicles) if you are willing to sell your soul to the devil by putting up with C-Level's delusion, nod in agreement, do their dirty work, and look the other way

Cons

Be warned: - Ego-driven C-Level management known for disastrous decision-making and total lack of human empathy - Toxic leadership dynamics - "Jobs for the boys!" - Utter lack of transparency in every single matter (e.g. you are told by the top level management that the company is doing well and a couple weeks later people are being laid-off by external lawyers) - Uninspiring and unqualified managers micromanaging and repressing young talent - Borderline criminal lack of vision on how to run a tech company and deal with its employees - Everything is managed ad-hoc (be it the company, teams, clients, etc) - Amateurs in key management positions - Managers are masters at gaslighting and broken promises - Complete disregard for employee feedback - Hard work goes mostly unappreciated - Zero investment in people - Many people have silently quit their job - Overall low salaries and significant pay gap among individuals in the same position - Discussing salary ranges is considered taboo, and the CEO strongly discourages any conversations on that topic - No career path framework and no career progression opportunities, which means you will be stuck in whatever position you find yourself in
