- Beside practicing to be able to work under high pressures, sometimes it is stressful to finish multiple urgent tasks at the same time - Very competitive environment and learn how different brands compete with others to push their sale amount. - As a merchandiser, it's pretty challenging and required to be very careful to manage products' efficiency (to meet customers' demands, especially in peak seasons) due to the dependence on many unpredictable factors.
