Pros
Been here over one year so the honeymoon period is over and feel like I have a good sense of this company. This is a strong company with great growth prospects and management is not afraid to share their vision with each and every employee. Management cares about their employees and it shows. Offices in SD and Fort Mill are beautiful and employee-friendly although the company has a reasonable remote policy.
Cons
Compensation lags for veterans vs. new hires, which I think hurts overall morale. Hard to combat this given recent labor market. However, I believe hiring should hold a firmer line on prospective employee salary demands. Although we are not the same name recognition as a Bank of America or Microsoft, I believe this company has on par stability and better growth prospects and should think of itself as a sought-after employer that can be more hard line on prospect salary demands.
