Pros

"Ultra flexible" work schedule. So flexible in fact that you may not even earn enough to pay for your cell phone bill at the end of each month.

Cons

High school-like, tense, atmosphere. Little to no respect for management from employees. Work like a dog and sacrifice yourself you get to keep your "job". If not, goodbye. Unstable and generally toxic.

Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Crap company who talks the talk but … is only interested in making money off the backs of its so-called tutors (generally well-educated teachers and instructors). We are considered contract workers so that LRDG doesn’t have to have the bother of dealing with us as actual employees, while we have the bother of paying taxes every year. Online material isn’t very good. Out of date and devised and written by non-native speakers of English. This means that ‘tutors’ must spend a lot more time than they’re paid for supplementing the lessons). Instead of paying ‘tutors’ properly, LRDG has come up with a system of ‘pedagogical advisors’ who know very little of pedagogy and are not useful.
