Please be assured that in line with the new increased holiday rewards, you are now able to carry holiday over so no need to worry about squeezing these all in. Employees who work Saturdays are usually only contracted to do so on a rota basis to ensure a healthy work life balance. Open communication and feedback is very important to us, therefore we would recommend contacting your line manager so they are able to discuss this further with you.
