The country has faced unprecedented times over the last 6 months which nobody was able to predict at the beginning of this year, resulting in the temporary closure of our branches, and our priority has been ensuring as many staff as possible would have jobs in the long term after lockdown eased. This has been a difficult period for many people, and our mental health first aiders have been on hand throughout, making personal calls to randomly selected employees to check in on their welfare. Our staff are the heart of our business and I'm sorry that you've not felt this to be the case. Thank you again for the feedback and we wish you the best for the future. Lizzie - HR Department
