Pros

Some great people. Paid on time.

Cons

Senior Manager, managing with bullying tactics and complete control to the point where you cannot execute your role effectively and boundaries are constantly crossed. Some great people none of whom feel valued, appreciated or respected. Unfortunately during my time with Leaders my experience was that of an extremely toxic work place.
