Material Handler - Material Handler LSC Communications Employee Review

I work third shift and it seems as though my shift is the red headed step child. There is more mandatory overtime. It seems as though there is a complete lack of using resources properly. Meaning if people were used wisely there probably wouldn't need to be any overtime. There are also to many triple stack pallets leaning or restricting your view as you transition between aisles. The pay is not what it should be for people that go in and are highly productive.
