The company is structured into various groups with differing work schedules and expectations. Some teams require early morning meetings starting at 6:45 AM daily, extending work hours into late evenings with classes and meetings that sometimes continue past midnight. Additionally, there are early morning meetings on Saturdays that last until noon, with no compensation for travel expenses. Public holidays are treated as regular workdays, further impacting work-life balance.
