Hiring process relies on aggressive pre-interview legal waivers - Anonymous employee LTIMindtree Employee Review

Pre-interview requirement to sign a mandatory arbitration agreement (waiving jury trial and class/collective actions) and a broad name/likeness/IP release just to be considered. My application was removed when I declined to sign those two documents. This approach feels overly aggressive and not candidate-friendly.
