Company is good when it comes to hybrid setup, you can work from anywhere, as they have offices in most of the states in India.
Cons
You will only enjoy hybrid model but they do not keep any annual day celebration or party on projects. You will just earn and get the money at home. Nothing additional. Appraisal don't expect l, from 3 yrs appraisals have not happened in ltimindtree and when they do it, then definitely you will feel like to leave company
