      Pros

      Not requiring to open camera during shift

      Cons

      Their clients or campaigns pull out here and there. And the employees are just casualties. They lay employees out and make you feel like its your fault. Not even a severance pay even when its not the employees fault that their client decided to pull out.

      Pros

      Culture is positive, respectful, and centered on doing the right thing. Team is collaborative and transparent and refreshingly, no big egos. Leadership listens and regularly implements feedback. Fully remote, flexible environment with teammates around the world

      Cons

      Remote setup requires good personal discipline and communication and cross-time-zone collaboration can require flexibility.
