-Work independently
-Paid for the day whether you finish early or not as long as you have a good driving/customer service score.
-Great at allowing you to adjust schedule once you’ve worked for a few months.
Cons
-Have to help other drivers if you finish early
-Can be very physically demanding depending on the route you have.
"Rescue" culture strives to combat the stigma of having a fellow driver help reduce the time a driver is running their route in order to minimize risk of injury and ensure items are delivered per the contract with Amazon Logistics.
Cons
A very physically demanding job and less pay than what you could get at UPS, but easier to get this job than a UPS courier/delivery job. Amazon Logistics needs to pay more considering the physical demands they place on drivers. It's a hybrid of U.S. Postal Service and FedEx except at less than 50 lbs.
