Pros

Flexible work arrangement and culture. In LUXASIAN DNA, we always remember our core value which is R.E.S.P.E.C.T We are trained to take ownership on our work and have the entrepreneur spirit. Flat structure, you may reach up to leadership team or CEO to discuss issue. They are happy to receive any insights that can bring good to company. People here are generally helpful. As long as you have the right attitude to work, here is a good place for you to grow. Good exposure to multiple regions and brands. Career progression is fair, but it's up to you to seize opportunities and drive your own success. No micro manage as long as you accomplish your work in time.

Cons

Struggling on the tech issues. Outdated system and cause a lot of manual work. People has reported the issues but nothing was changed due to budget constrain or limited tech manpower resource. After few times, people are numb and accept the reality, No proper SOP. But I need to give a thumbs up to the new CFO, she is making progress to make sure those SOP in place before we move to a new system. Appraisal calibration process is not very transparent. Even if you get exceed expectation but management might do a wrong decision that affect the result, it will affect the calibration result too which is out of our control. If the NBPT is far away from the target, somethings is very wrong for the forecast. The target is an unrealistic target.

Pros

- Flexible hour - complimentary good claim (lots of luxury brands to pick) - not as much office politic issue as I expected

Cons

Bad leadership- always guilt trip & gaslight employees. No sense of empathy and living with #oneteam slogan when there’s a problem but when there’s an issue, you’re by your own. No proper measurement in KPI- performance. In KPI review, you will never be able to achieve far exceeded, because you need to be “above & beyond” to pick this. When you asked the manager on how to achieve it, the respond was I don’t know either. Not sure if this a pro or con, you’ll need to do EVERYTHING by yourself. With that, you’re able to learn so much but never good at one thing. They always encourage you to speak up but when you raise a problem, you’re either being ignored or being the caused of the problem for bringing up a problem Company is not fluid enough, if you’re looking into changing a different team/ department, just forget about it. However, management is able to move you to diff rent team/ department just because of “company restructure”
