Cons
- Poor infrastructure - Extremely disorganized management - CCTV and microphones installed everywhere in office - Mobiles are kept in lock and key - Poor HR(without required qualification) - No employee levels given(no team leader), only 2 bosses and 1 CTO - Some employees who want to be in good books of the boss are kept for eyeing on other employees - Many times employees sit without any work and have to search for work(on odesk- company runs on odesk) by themselves - Half of the time employee has to just complete odesk hours even if there is no work(that means just press arrow keys on keyboard so that the client client feels that the employee is actually developing a project and pays for those hours of key press!) - Leaves is a big problem. You get 1 CL per 4 months and you cannot take that CL on your own wish. If boss permits then only it is considered as a CL otherwise salary is cut. - You have to take prior permission before any leave; if leave is granted then also your salary is cut(Y to ask for leave, anyways your salary will be cut!). - Every year you have to sign a bond for next 1 year - You don't even get Independence day leave. They say its not independence day for the international client. - You don't get enough Diwali holidays(same reason- Diwali is an Indian festival), and you also don't get Christmas or New Year holiday(for this they say, it's not our New Year!)
