This was the worst job I've ever had. I am still traumatized by this organization and the players that make up their leadership team. I call them players because this agency is a joke and a game. They only promote people they like and because of that there are a bunch of leaders in their early 20s who have no experience with management or employee growth. Their executive leadership team is scary and they frankly need to wipe out the entire top level and start over. No one gives feedback and they'll just start ignoring you and icing you out until you decide to quit. Working here is like being on a hamster wheel and you're going in circles until you eventually fall off and decide to leave. Long hours, inconsiderate senior leaders who talk to you with no respect, and a President who knows all of the bad things that happen at the agency and chooses not to acknowledge it because she has no idea how to attack the problem from the top. If you are interviewing for Corporate & Consumer practice, I highly recommend you turn around now as you will be working under the most dreadful and miserable human being who will do everything to make you feel as horrible as she always does. This agency is hell.
