Pros
The company is supportive on personal growth, providing opportunities that you can achieve, work on during or in-between projects. The company hires the best of the bests, so every collegue is smart and you can learn a lot from them if that is important, otherwise if you are experienced you may just share and laugh. The BUD office is amazing, there is also a "mars" stone at the end, it has view on the Danube, billiard and table tennis zone. There are neat and fun team events organized multiple times in a year in the city, and yearly outside. Also game-nights are organized (so you can have fun, meet people during card/board games) after office. Knowledge sharing sessions are organized as Lab Acadamy, where you can also bring your own presentation, or just listen in. You may work also a lot of times remotely. Some projects may have the opportunity for travel abroad to clients. Management is also honest, professional and understanding.
Cons
As a consultant firm you may land every year into a new project to different clients (with different rules, limitations, diverse teams) so you need to be flexible to such changes and manage the psychological part also if you don't get to be taken up to a new project immediately.
