LabCentral is an incredible place to work. There is a large sense of community that radiates throughout the company. No day is same at LabCentral. I can confidently say that I learn something new every day. There is a collaborative work environment that fosters innovation. Every member of the team is different, which allows for continual learning. In addition, there are major growth opportunities within the company. The benefits are top notch. I am continually impressed with all the team member at LabCentral and love working for this company.
Cons
I do not have any cons. However, it is vital to the company that every team member is flexible. It is important that any potential team member understands this and is willing to be flexible. For example, I am a member of the Lab Team, but work at the front desk when needed.
