Pros

- company isn't afraid to pivot, and lately there's a lot of new energy and excitement. Label Insight is heading in a new direction as of late 2019 that seems to be much more sensible and sustainable - seems to be going in a better direction than when i was hired - if you want to make a (positive) change in the workplace - you will be empowered to do so. - relaxed workplace culture is trusting of it's employees ability to get work done - good focus on innovation & learning in engineering

Cons

- company isn't afraid to pivot, and we've been burned for it as well in my opinion - a lot of upfront business logic to learn, the ramp up time makes it harder to be engaged - people come and go, sometimes suprisingly quickly and it can make you second guess yourself being there, but from my perspective most people leave on a good note.
