Pros
The people you work with, not necessarily the company but your office staff as well as your daily workers. If you manage your branch correctly then you can make some people in your work community very happy!
Cons
Don't count on support from the company. They tell you they've trained you like you weren't there. I will never understand how someone could say they've done something, WITH YOU, when you both know it didn't happen. Obviously why some of the corporate staff is no longer there. Unfortunately you may be in an area that's unsafe. They typically hire none pleasant people, exempting a few, in order to deal with the "lower class locals". You are expected to take sub par rates in order to make sales quotas. Rates directly determines how the daily workers are compensated. If you can stomach paying minimum wage for sometimes extreme physical labor then grab your whip and horse and join the team.
